Information on Shipping Furniture

 
Shipping furniture typically takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive to you, (it could be sooner please inquire within) from when the delivery company picks up from our studio location. Please keep in mind due to weather conditions and unforeseen matters that could cause unexpected delays. Delays might occur because of weather , during holiday or peak times , and unexpected delays. We Don't Ship Large Furniture Over Seas. If it is going to a business , please specify any information the driver needs to know - flight of stairs, freight elevators ,business or other additional information needed for the delivery company. 

Please keep in mind the delivery company might need a strong person to help assist with the piece. First floor, or doorway only , unless you have contacted us prior to purchasing to possible arrange further placement.  We will be in touch with you throughout the delivery process to insure things run smoothly.*** If the shipper attempts to deliver and the customer is not available please consider that an attempt to deliver and could possibly cause longer delivery time over and above time frame. Please contact us for possible arrangements to leave in a protective area. If you would like your item left without being signed for , the buyer takes full responsibility once it is left , you will need to contact us and if we agree and feel comfortable, it will be the buyers responsibility at that point for the merchandise. 


When you purchase please provide a phone number when purchasing your item so we can supply the Shipping company with all correct information. The item is blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped for protection. The driver will call you to setup the delivery day and time, typically a day or two prior to delivering. We will send along emails as well when I receive any updates on shipping.
