Shipping policy

All merchandise EXCLUDING  our vintage furniture will typically ship out 3-5 business days after purchasing however, please see the delivery times for each individual item in their description. 

 

Shipping furniture typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive to you from when the delivery company picks up from our studio location. Please keep in mind due to weather conditions and unforeseen matters that could cause unexpected delays. Delays might occur because of inclement weather, and during holiday or peak times of shipping. We Don't Ship Large Furniture Over Seas. If it is going to a business please email us prior to purchasing to ensure the delivery company can fill certain requests which include flight of stairs, freight elevators , business hours , insurance certificates . We can not guarantee exact delivery dates that you might anticipate, please contact before purchasing.

Depending on the company some drivers will if the customer states prior to receiving the quote that they need the item placed in a certain area, if that particular driver can not I will state that prior to purchase. If a driver is alone you will need another strong man on your behalf to help the driver to bring the furniture inside your home. I will be in touch with you throughout the delivery process to ensure things run smoothly. *** If the shipper attempts to deliver and the customer is not available please consider that an attempt to deliver, it could possibly cause a delay in delivery time over and above the original shipping time frame. Please contact me for possible arrangements to leave in a protective area , if you would like it left without being signed for the buyer takes full responsibility once it is left , you will need to contact me and if I agree and feel comfortable, it will be the buyers responsibility at that point for the merchandise.


When you purchase *** please provide a phone number when purchasing your item so I can supply the shipping company with all correct information. The item is blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped for protection. On deliveries where a customer directly pays the shipper when the item is delivered , shipping fee is due immediately. The driver will call you to setup delivery time typically it is a day or two prior to delivering. I will send emails as well when I receive updates.
